Return Policy

As THE ULTIMATE SCALE™, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product under the following conditions:

Return Period: You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made outside of this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions: Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at "MAIL HERE BRO". You must specify your order number and reason for return with your return request.
Return Process: You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made outside of this period will not be accepted.
Return Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Once the returned items have been checked, we will notify you by email that the return process has been completed.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped. In case of faulty or incorrect shipments, shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions: Personal hygiene products, customized products and discounted products cannot be returned. In addition, digital content or services are also excluded from returns.
